Labor Omnia Vincit is an independent management consultancy company dedicated to creating value for its customers that seek to improve their maritime supply chain performance. Through excellence, insight, collaboration and objectivity we enable our customers to solve any business challenge.

Labor Omnia Vincit operates with all maritime container terminals in areas of improving the efficiency of terminals through automating processes. This could be in the gate-, yard or quay area, concerning vehicle telematics, Terminal Operating Systems or other fields of improvement.

Typically we start with awareness sessions of 5 days on what process automation is and how you can fit it into your organisation and processes. Subjects in these sessions are: Why, How, What does it bring us, costs, internal- and external stakeholders and processes.

We also guide customers in their selection process for new suppliers or solutions supporting the customer heavily in the pre- and final selections and having touchpoints during the project execution on FAT, installation, LET and go-live phases. Our goal is to inject knowledge and make the customer smarter and not making the customer dependent of the consultants.

We worked for the larger players in the world and on almost every continent in projects concerning Equipment- and Gate Automation as well as the world’s largest TOS supplier. We have been involved in more than 150 gate- and equipment automation project across the globe and our resume has names as, Port of Rotterdam, PDPorts UK, EuroMax Terminal, Transnet South Africa, Embarcadero Systems, Saab Maritime, Navis, Kalmar, APS, Certus and ABB, on it.

Currently (2018-2021) we advise the Port of Rotterdam in implementing the Container Exchange Route focussing on all the Gate and Gate Operating Systems, the vehicle telematics and other ICT related issues. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jHuleaTL1Fs
