PMAC ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Secretariat is pleased to inform that the Annual General Meeting of the Port Management Association of the Caribbean (PMAC) will be hosted by the Port Authority of the Cayman Islands during June 21 – 23, 2017 at the Marriott Resort, Grand Cayman.

The registration fee for attendance of non-member delegates is USD 300.00 for the duration of the Meeting, or USD150.00 per day, and the room rate is USD236.25 per night, inclusive of taxes and service charge.

Kindly be informed that the group accommodation rate expires May 19, and in order to avoid non-availability, prompt reservation of accommodation is advised, online via Book your group rate for Port Authority Conference, or emailing the Registration Form as indicated. Please note that if rooms are reserved online, delegates are still required to send a registration form to ensure meeting registration and airport transportation.

The meeting Agenda is provided for your information, and you are referred to the link to the Cayman Islands Immigration website http://www.immigration.gov.ky/portal/page/portal/immhome/visitinghere/visas/visitorsvisas for a list of countries whose delegates will require a visa to enter the Islands, and guidance in that regard. Persons requiring a visa for entry into the Cayman Islands must apply to the nearest British Embassy or Consulate that has a Visa Section.
